GE-Remote
GE-Remote V1.0

This small tool controls "Google Earth" (GE) remotely.

Simply start GE with "Start GE" button,
connect your GPS to your serial port
(only NMEA @ 4800bps is supported),
choose the right port with the ComboBox at top of the tool,
press the "Connect" button.

If your GPS is running and properly configured to NMEA (!)
GE load the map of your current coordinates.
The map is updated in real time with the data from your GPS.
With a mobile internet connection (GPRS, UMTS or WIFI
(wireless access point)) you have a moving map now.
(For example there are wifi enabled SAS flights.)

USB GPS devices (without serial port) can be used only with
"virtual serial port"-tools like GPSGate

If you want to change the altitude, type your new value
at the "Eye alt" field (in meters / miles).

The use of this beta release is free of charge!!
